About The Event
Join us for HVARC Field Day 2025, a fun afternoon celebrating amateur radio at Hanover Wayside Park! This event is open to the public—whether you’re a licensed operator, curious about ham radio, or just looking for a great way to spend a summer Sunday, all are welcome.
We’ll be firing up the grill with burgers and hot dogs, and you’re encouraged to bring snacks, drinks, or a dish to share if you'd like. This is a great opportunity to meet local operators, see radio gear in action, and learn more about how amateur radio supports our communities.
Hanover Fire-EMS will also be on site with their Mobile Command Center, giving attendees a unique chance to tour the vehicle, see how it supports large-scale incidents, and cool off in the air conditioning.
