Here is a chirp .img file for the QYT KT8900D. included are local repeaters as well as some GMRS simplex frequencies, and a GMRS repeater frequency. DO NOT USE GMRS FREQUENCIES WITHOUT A GMRS LICENSE. AND DO NOT USE GMRS REPEATERS WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Attached is a Chirp ".img" file (HVARC_BF-F8HP_20250707 base image.img) that contains 40+ frequencies from central Virginia.  Since this is for the Baofeng that has such a wide open receiver without good selectivity, I only included repeaters that transmitted a tone (with a handful of exceptions), so that the user wouldn't be frustrated if the system transmitted a "data stream" or picked up other spurious noise.  In almost all cases, I set the receiver to "Tone Squelch - TSQL" in the Baofeng.  The filename says BF-F8HP, but it will work with any radio and Chirp when imported as the instructions below state.
