HOW TO ORDER YOUR HVARC ID

Here’s how to order your ID:

1. Visit this link: hvarc.org/id

2. Fill out the fields exactly as outlined below:

• First Name: Your legal first name

• Last Name: Your legal last name

• Title:
  Use “REGULAR MEMBER”
  (Because the ID displays an amateur radio callsign, IDs are currently only available for full, regular members — not associate members, for now.)

• Employee ID: Your amateur radio callsign

• ID Number: Your application number, which can be found on ClubHub by visiting hvarc.org/roster

• Photo: Upload a clear, good-quality headshot photo
  (Because what’s the point of an ID if it doesn’t help identify who it belongs to?)
